PBX New Features
Omnichannel Message API
With the Omnichannel Messaging API, the PBX acts as a unified hub, forwarding session data (ID, sender, receiver, message type, etc.) to third-party platforms. This enables integration with chatbots, AI, and other messging handling systems for sentiment analysis, automated responses, and flexible workflows.
More Natural Text-to-Speech
The P-Series PBX Text-to-Speech feature now leverages the AWS Polly Neural TTS (NTTS) model, delivering more natural, expressive, and human-like voices to custom prompts, recordings, IVR and beyond. This upgrade improves interaction quality, making conversations sound more professional and engaging for end users.
What’s more, TTS variables are now available in the Call Flow Designer, allowing partners and administrators to generate dynamic call flows. For example, creating self-service assistants that provide real-time, context-based responses. This added flexibility enables richer voice services and a more tailored customer experience.
Additional Optimizations
- Enhanced TAPI Integration for Click-to-Call: The Linkus PC Client now supports multi-user remote access and automatic reconnection, making it easier and more reliable to place calls directly from Windows-based CRM applications.
- Send Calls to Voicemail with One Tap: With Linkus (except for ios), you can send incoming calls straight to voicemail instantly with a single click, very convenient for those moments when you can’t pick up but still want the call handled properly.

YCM Updates (For distributors & resellers)
Yeastar Central Management (YCM) platform is a remote central managment tool used for Yeastar PBX systems and gateways. This update introduces new capabilities to help users achieve more efficient Cloud PBX central management. Read on to check what’s included.
Batch CDR Download
YCM now supports Batch CDR Download within the Task module, making it easier to track and manage usage across multiple Cloud PBXs. Users can:
- Create CDR download tasks based on specific requirements such as time range, object options, communication type, or specific CDR fields.
- View and track all tasks through a centralized task log.
- Manage the download files via File Repository.
This streamlines billing, reporting, and usage analysis, giving users greater efficiency and visibility.
PBX API Bulk Access
YCM now supports bulk PBX API access via its API, giving users centralized retrieval of APIs without logging into each system individually. This provides access to key resources such as extensions, extension groups, contacts, call routing, and other core configurations & data, streamlining customized management and integration.
