To enable this feature, you need to create a WebRTC trunk in the P-Series Management Portal and place the generated link on your website.

When a visitor initiates a call, it will be routed through the P-Series PBX System via the predefined SIP trunk and connected to the appropriate destination, such as an extension, a queue, or an IVR. Moreover, audio calls can be upgraded to video chats, enhancing the customer experience and offering more personalized service.

Setting up WebRTC Click-to-Call in Yeastar P-Series PBX System


  • Plan: Enterprise Plan and above. (If you need video calls, the Ultimate Plan is required.)
  • Supported web browsers: Chrome 87 or later, Edge 87 or later, and Opera 72 or later.

1. Create a WebRTC Trunk.

Log in to the P-Series Management Portal and go to Extension and Trunk > Trunk. Set up a WebRTC Trunk and a WebRTC inbound call link will be generated automatically.

2. Designate the WebRTC Call Destination

Go to Call Control > Inbound Route to add an inbound route for the WebRTC trunk to route incoming calls. When the website visitors click to initiate WebRTC calls, the calls will be routed to the configured destination. In the Default Destination section, set destination(s) for the WebRTC inbound calls.

3. Test the WebRTC Call Link

Copy the WebRTC Inbound call link, paste it into the address bar of your web browser, and press Enter. See if a call is place to the pre-set call destination.

4. Place the Call Link on Your Website

You can either:

Embed the WebRTC call link as a custom button link on your website

Or use the following script to add the default call button to your website:
