As our solutions continued to evolve and our ecosystem expanded, Yeastar experienced solid business growth. Today, Yeastar serves 650,000 customers in 120+ countries, with more than 400,000 PBX systems installed globally, supported by a growing partner network working together to deliver easyfirst, unified communications.

A quick look at our 2025 business performance:

  • 408% increase in P-Series project number
  • 22% increase in P-Series free trial conversion rate
  • 51 new certified ITSPs
  • 120+ new phone modules for auto provisioning
  • 125% increase in active users on Yeastar Partner Portal
  • Partner Net Promoter Score (NPS): 75.74

All of these milestones were made possible by a year of sustained effort in product enhancement. We upheld a rigorous monthly update schedule, launching 90+ new features and integrating with multiple third-party platforms.

Here’s a brief glimpse at a few key updates:

  • AI Call Transcription & Summary: convert calls into real-time text and generate concise post-call summaries to capture key points
  • Outbound Call Center: launch targeted outbound call campaigns with robust dialing automation and intuitive campaign management tools to boost customer engagement.
  • PBX-integrated Call Flow Designer: design custom inbound call workflows with drag-and-drop ease, enabling efficient call handling and faster routing for customers.
  • Outbound Bulk Messaging: send bulk messages via SMS, WhatsApp templates, and open APIs to deliver messages
  • Third-party Platform Integrations: Dynamics 365 CRM, Google SSO, Red Hat SSO, and more

More Training Sessions & Marketing Resources Empower Partner Success

Yeastar has always placed strong emphasis on partner enablement. In 2025, we continued to provide high-quality training resources, supporting partners in quickly building hands-on proficiency with Yeastar PBX System. Throughout the year, we delivered 110+ online training webinars, helping partners gain practical knowledge to maximize Yeastar expertise.

Beyond training, we further strengthened go-to-market support through Yeastar Partner Portal. A growing collection of customizable marketing resources was made available, including 10+ co-brandable materials and neutral videos, allowing partners to tailor content with greater flexibility and efficiency.

In addition, we also enriched our YouTube video content to make Yeastar knowledge more accessible and easier to consume. Over 60 videos were released, covering new feature walkthroughs, in-depth technical discussions, configuration guides, and more. Besides, 5 live sessions were hosted to showcase major product updates, reaching a total of 600,000+ views.
