New Features
AI Receptionist: Plug Into Your Existing Stack
Beyond 24/7 automated greetings and smart routing, modern businesses require virtual assistants that transform conversations into immediate business actions. The P-Series PBX V24.3 GA introduces Custom Tool Integration for AI Receptionist, enabling the AI to trigger live workflows and execute database tasks mid-call without human intervention.
Operating over secure HTTP, the AI Receptionist seamlessly interacts with your essential business applications, such as CRMs, scheduling platforms, order management systems, and inventory databases, to automate tasks like booking appointments or retrieving order updates.
Key Capabilities:
- Flexible Low-Code Setup: Easily configure custom tool connections using intuitive Form-based or JSON-based editors to match your exact business logic.
- Granular Virtual-agent Assignment: Assign specific configured tools to individual virtual agents, driving purpose-built automation for diverse business scenarios.
- Full CDR Tracking: Track the entire tool invocation process and execution results directly within the CDR for effortless auditing and rapid troubleshooting.

Call Quality Monitoring
To maintain call stability and accelerate network troubleshooting, the P-Series PBX introduces end-to-end QoS (Quality of Service) Monitoring. Delivering comprehensive visibility across all audio calls, video sessions, and conference rooms, this feature empowers both users and PBX admins to effortlessly track RTP stream health and diagnose connection issues.

Key Capabilities:
- User-Level Quality Tracking (Real-Time & Post-Call): Extension users can monitor live QoS metrics during the call or check post-call performance reports in their call logs via Linkus Desktop/Web/Mobile Client. By tracking metrics like latency, transmit (TX), and receive (RX) data (such as packet loss and jitter), users can easily identify local network drops and report call-quality issues accurately to admins.
- Granular Admin Diagnostics via CDR: Admins can drill down into any specific call within the CDR to review historical network metrics, allowing them to instantly isolate whether a voice glitch was caused by local network congestion or a remote ISP.
- Multi-Dimensional QoS Analytics: Through the Call Report dashboard, admins can generate aggregated quality statistics filtered by extension, time range, or client type to systematically optimize system performance.
*To configure QoS monitoring permissions and access for extensions and admins, please follow our detailed Configuration Guide.
Refined Linkus Mobile UX
We’ve refined the Linkus Mobile Client to deliver a smoother, more efficient calling experience for PBX remote and mobile users. This main update focuses on interface clarity and navigation convenience:
- The dialpad is now a primary, standalone tab, giving you instant, one-tap access to make direct calls without navigating through extra menus.
- Mobile users can now choose between two brand-new call panel layouts to match their personal viewing preferences and workflow habits.
- A new, distinct recording icon appears dynamically on the calling panel when a call is being recorded.
- Status icons in the upper-right corner of the calling interface have been redesigned to help users intuitively and instantly identify their current call status.
Additional Optimizations
- Expanded TAPI Scalability: The TAPI integration now supports simultaneous login for up to 50+ concurrent users, significantly boosting performance for high-density workplace scenarios.
- Enhanced Cisco AutoP Flexibility: The Cisco SPA series IP phones now support AutoP via HTTP protocol.
- Bandwidth SMS Authentication Update: Bandwidth has officially updated its authentication requirements. To ensure uninterrupted service, please update your authentication configuration in the PBX by December 2, 2026. All other functionalities remain unaffected.
