P-Series PBX V24.1 BETA Updates
Answered Queue Call Logs
V24.1 extends queue call visibility by synchronizing Answered Call Logs across the team; now, queue managers and members can see exactly who handled every call. This provides a comprehensive view of all queue calls, including incoming, answered, and missed calls.
- Enhanced Accountability: Enable managers and agents to view all queue call logs of their assigned queues.
- Complete Audit Trail: Quickly filter queue calls by status, perform callbacks, and mark call outcomes for efficient follow-up and traceability.
Microsoft AD Avatar Sync
Building on our Microsoft Active Directory integration, P-Series PBX has added support for User Profile Photo synchronization, extending our Microsoft AD synchronization beyond names, emails and more user data.
- Unified Identity: Automatically sync Microsoft AD avatars to PBX extensions for a consistent, professional look.
- Flexible Personalization: Admins centrally manage sync permissions, while authorized users can still personalize profiles via the Linkus UC Client.

Forward on Busy
The Call Forwarding logic now includes a dedicated “Send Busy” destination. Automatically route incoming calls to a “Hang Up” destination with 486 code when your line is occupied. This signals a “Busy” status to the caller or carrier immediately, preventing unnecessary hold times and improving the caller experience.
Additional Optimizations
- Custom CRM Template Enhancement: Added OAuth2 PKCE support for custom CRM integrations. This ensures a more robust and secure handshake for third-party platform connections.
- Omnichannel Session Reassign: Admins can now filter and reassign all sessions to other team members. This includes sessions from deleted agents or closed chats, ensuring seamless team collaboration and continuity.
- External Chat Creation Logic Improvement: Now supports creating new sessions even when an active session between the same parties already exists. (SMS, WhatsApp, External Chat)
- Trunk Refer-to Support: Now supports Internal and External destinations in “Refer-to” headers. This ensures seamless SIP transfers when routing calls from third-party platforms back to P-Series PBX.
- Yealink IP Phone Auto-Provisioning Improvement: Now supports unencrypted configuration files to resolve login failures and setup issues on Yealink IP phones.
- Onsite Proxy is supported on P-Series Cloud Edition.
