With CRM system integrated, users can be given more visibility into caller information while enhance relationships with customers and improve productivity and collaboration, etc.
With CRM system integrated, Yeastar Linkus users can see a pop-up call on Linkus and the contact details automatically shown on a web page when a Microsoft Dynamics 365 contact calls to him/she amd the call logs are recorded in the CRM systems. Besides, the integrated CRM system can create a new contact automatically when an unknown number call comes in.
