Key Features

Contact Synchronization. Sync CRM contacts to your business phone system, IP Phones, and Linkus Web/Mobile/Desktop Clients in near-real time. Always see the caller’s name no matter what phone terminal you are using. And get the convenience to search and call CRM contacts right from your own mobile/PC no matter where you are.

Incoming Call Screen Pops. An inbound call from your HubSpot contacts automatically triggers a browser screen-pop that shows the contact’s CRM records, bringing contextual details for quality interaction.

Single-click Dialing. By using Yeastar Linkus for Google Chrome extension, call a customer directly on HubSpot by clicking on their phone number, removing the need to toggle between systems.

Quick Start Reference

Before you start, you need to have a Yeastar P-Series PBX (Enterprise Plan or higher) and a HubSpot account.

Not having a Yeastar P-Series PBX yet? Apply for a 30-day free trial here.

Login to your Yeastar PBX admin portal, go to Integrations > CRM > HubSpot get the authentication information.

Login to your Salesforce admin account and follow the instruction to create and configure an application for the integration..

Go back to the PBX admin portal to authenticate the application with your PBX.

Click to associate HubSpot CRM users with PBX extensions and start enjoying!
