Yeastar P-Series Phone System integrates into your Salesforce, allowing users to access advanced voice features including click-to-dial, call screen pop, auto call logging, and others. Give your teams the ability to always know who is calling before answering, automate repetitive tasks, and focus on what really matters, no matter where they are.

Key Features

Data Synchronization. Customer data is automatically synchronized between Salesforce and the PBX. See the caller’s name on the phone terminals you are using (IP phone, Yeastar Linkus Web/Mobile/Desktop Clients, etc.). And access Salesforce contact details without leaving Linkus Clients, including all phone numbers, company, email, etc.

Call Screen Pops. Automatically matches incoming calls with customer records stored in Salesforce. When customers call, their Salesforce contact records will pop up on your browser instantly.

Click to Call. Click on any phone number in Salesforce (or any web page) to quickly start a call by using Yeastar Linkus for Google Chrome extension.

Call Control. Handle calls without leaving Salesforce with advanced call features, including Call Flip, Transfer, Hold, Mute, etc.

Call Journal. Information tracking directly from Salesforce. All inbound/outbound calls are auto-logged with the contact file. Logged entries include date & time, call status (answered/unanswered/missed), phone number, etc.

Auto Contacts Creation. The optional feature to automatically create a new Salesforce contact/lead for an unknown inbound or outbound call.

Quick Start Reference

Before you start, you need to have a Yeastar P-Series PBX (Enterprise Plan or higher) and a Salesforce CRM license (Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer, or Performance Edition).

Not having a Yeastar P-Series PBX yet? Apply for a 30-day free trial here.

Login to your Yeastar PBX admin portal, go to Integrations > CRM > Salesforce get the authentication information.

Login to your Salesforce admin account, go to Setup > PLATFORM TOOLS > Apps > App Manager to set up an application for the integration.

Go back to the PBX admin portal to authenticate the Salesforce application with your PBX.

Click to associate Salesforce CRM users with PBX extensions and start enjoying!
