Room Resources (Calendar resources) set up in Google Workspace can be synced to Yeastar Workplace (including room data such as name, capacity, location, etc.). After the synchronization, your users can book meeting rooms directly from within their Google Calendar.

Quick Start Integration Guide
Before you start, you will need a Yeastar Workplace account (Standard Plan or higher) and a Google Workspace account.
Not having a Yeastar Workspace account yet? Apply for a 30-day free trial here.
Log in to Yeastar Workspace management portal, navigate to Integration > Google Workspace.
Click “Connect”. In the pop-up window sign in to your Google Workspace administrator account and grant the integration permission.
Sync your Workspace Room Resources to Yeastar Workspace, so room schedules can be kept in sync.
Now you can book a meeting room in Google Calendar by adding/editing an event.
