1.Eligibility: This activity is valid only for participants who complete the online form, check in at the Yeastar booth at the event, and participate in the onsite engagement activity.

2.Participation: The activity is open worldwide and void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Yeastar (the "Sponsor"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3.Agreement to Rules: By filling out the form and participating, You ("the contestant") agree to comply with these rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the activity should be directed solely to the Sponsor.

4.Entry Requirements: You must provide accurate and complete information. Multiple entries through different email addresses, identities, or devices are not permitted. Any attempt to circumvent the rules through fraudulent means will result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s discretion.

5.Prizes:

• Onsite Draw: Prizes will be awarded at the Yeastar booth during the event.
• Online Draw: Two grand prize winners will be notified via social media and email. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6.Winner Selection and Notification: Winners for the onsite draw will be announced at the event. Winners of the online draw will be notified via email and social media within 7 days after the announcement on 4 March 2025. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or is deemed ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7.Rights Granted by the Entrant: By participating, You grant the Sponsor and its representatives the right to use your name, likeness, and entry details for promotional purposes worldwide and in perpetuity without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8.Intellectual Property: If your participation involves submitting content, You confirm that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Yeastar harmless from any claims related to intellectual property infringement.

9.Sponsor Rights: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the activity in cases of fraud, unauthorized human intervention, or other factors beyond its control. The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms or tamper with the activity process.

10.Limitation of Liability: By participating, You agree to release Yeastar and its affiliates, agents, and employees from any liability, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use. This includes technical failures, unauthorized intervention, and errors in the administration of the activity.

11.Disputes: This activity is governed by the laws of China. Any disputes arising from the activity will be resolved exclusively in the courts of China. Participants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorney’s fees.

12.Acceptance of Terms: By participating, You confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions.

13.Final Interpretation: Yeastar reserves the right to the final interpretation of this activity.
