Description

There is a user portal for extension users to log in the system and check their own permissions after the Super Admin grants the privileges to them, such as CDR, recording, PBX settings privilege, and applications they can install, etc. Users can log in the system with their own account ID (extension number or email address) and password which are also set by the Super Admin.

Use Case

When the sales manager is given the permission of CDR and recording, he/she can log in the system via the user portal and check or download the CDR and recording of the sales team to get an understanding of what the state of the project looks like to each of the team members and how they skill at communication with customers.
