DND (Do Not Disturb)

What is DND?

DND, short for “Do Not Disturb,” is a feature that allows users to block all calls temporarily when activated. When DND is enabled for an extension, the extension will not be available and all calls will go to the destination set before. This feature is useful in situations where users want uninterrupted focus or wish to avoid distractions during specific periods of time, such as while sleeping, working, or attending meetings.

Use Case

The CEO is holding an important meeting in his office and he does not want any call to disrupt the meeting. So he just simply dial the feature code to activate the DND feature and then he can concentrate on the meeting.
