Customer Success Excellence
Customer Success Excellence awards recognize partners who have leveraged Yeastar technologies to achieve customer success excellence with Yeastar P-Series Phone System. — This year, we are especially focused on collecting cases from industries such as finance, healthcare, and chain hotels, while also encouraging submissions from enterprise deployments.

Requirements
- Must be a current Yeastar distributor or channel partner.
- Submit a compelling entry that includes authentic case details, defining the challenge, solution, results, and impact, to convince us why your story deserves to win.
- Agree to the use of company name and logo on Yeastar's social and digital channels; Agree to a written case study and/or a customer video success story.
- If your case involves a hotel scenario, submissions from star-rated or chain hotels are preferred. For enterprise projects, including a network diagram or solution topology (if available) is encouraged.

- End client permission is required to submit your work with us for consideration.
- 4 winners will be selected from among 10 finalists, which will be announced on September 29, 2025.

Who can enter?
Yeastar Yeahs Awards are open to all Yeastar distributors and channel partners around the world.
How do I enter?
To participate in the Customer Success Excellence category, kindly submit your entry HERE.
For the Hosting Partner 2025 category, submit your entry HERE.
Alternatively, you can download the submission form, fill it out, and email it back to marketing@yeastar.com.
Make sure to submit your entry before September 12, 2025, 23:59:59 GMT.
Can I submit multiple entries?
Certainly! Except for Solution Advocate Distributor 2025, where the winner will be determined based on the number of submissions, you can submit entries for both the Customer Success Excellence and Hosting Partner 2025 categories, or you can choose to submit multiple entries for only one of the categories.
However, please ensure that each entry is a valid submission and meets all the specified requirements.

What makes a strong submission?
This year’s evaluation places emphasis on category-specific strengths:
- Customer Success Excellence: We welcome impactful use cases across industries, with particular interest in sectors such as finance, healthcare, and chain hotels, as well as enterprise deployments.
- Hosting Partner 2025: Particular emphasis will be placed on business growth demonstrated since 2024.
All eligible case types are welcome—what matters is the clarity, impact, and integrity of the story.
When can I claim my prize?
Winners for Customer Success Excellence, Hosting Partner 2025, Solution Advocate Distributor 2025, and Honorable Mentions will be contacted after the award ceremony to redeem the prizes.

What does winning mean?
All final winners will receive global recognition from Yeastar. The entry submitted will be highlighted as a Yeastar case study and featured on Yeastar’s website, social media, press release, etc. Winners will also be rewarded with amazing winner prizes, award certificates, and shiny trophies.
When will the winners be announced?
On September 29, 2025, Yeastar will announce a shortlist of 10 finalists for the awards on our social media platforms. Make sure to follow us for the latest updates.
Following that, the award ceremony in October 2025 will unveil the 4 winners for Customer Success Excellence, chosen with great care from the pool of 10 finalists.
We will also announce the winners for Solution Advocate Distributor 2025, Hosting Partner 2025, and Honorable Mentions during the award ceremony.
