Note: Please refer to the actual results after configuring the Template. The available features may vary depending on the REST API capabilities provided by the CRM. For example, if the CRM does not offer the POST endpoint required for Call Journal, the Call Journal feature cannot be implemented.

Incoming Call Screen Pops: An inbound call from your CRM contacts automatically triggers a browser screen-pop that shows the contact’s CRM records, bringing contextual details for quality interaction.
Single-click Dialing: By using Yeastar Linkus for Google Chrome extension, call a customer directly on CRM by clicking on their phone number, removing the need to toggle between systems.
Call Control: Make and receive calls without leaving your CRM. Fetch all call control features (like call record, hold, transfer, etc.) in a matter of seconds.
Automatic Call Logging: Automatic logs your inbound/outbound calls in CRM with data metrics such as date and time, call duration, call status, and more. Keep accurate call history and let your team spend more time on deals, not data entries.
