This integration allows you to pull users and organizational directory data directly from OpenLDAP to Yeastar Workplace, allowing you to automate user management, simplify employee directory updates, and maintain accurate staff records with ease.
Map user data from OpenLDAP to Yeastar Workplace, including user email, first name, last name, mobile number, and department/group.
Customizable data synchronization range: all users stored in OpenLDAP or only users of specific groups or organizational units (OUs).

When adding a new user in OpenLDAP, automatically create a new user in Workplace and send the Yeastar Workplace welcome email for automatic onboarding.

Quick Start Integration Guide
Log in to Yeastar Workplace management portal, navigate to Integration > OpenLDAP, and click “Connect”.
Fill in the required information in the Connect to Server and Account Verification sections, and click to connect Yeastar Workplace to your OpenLDAP server.
Select to set the synchronization rules and start.
