What is the cost of Paid Support?

The cost of customization support will be decided based on your requirement. If you change your requirement after cost decided, the cost will be changed as per new requirements.

What is the warranty and support of Feature Customization?

We provide 3 (three) months warranty on our customization. In this period, you can report bug and we will be committed to fix those bugs. If you need extra work other than the initial requirement of the customization, it will cost you extra.

What is the refund policy of Feature Customization?

If we fail to follow deadline or our customization does not meet your given requirements or if you found bugs in our customization and we fail to fix those bugs, you can request for refund within your warranty period of 3 (three) months. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have. Please note that refund will not be accepted if you simply decided not to use the product or customization.
