Quick Start Reference
Before you start, you need to have:
Yeastar P-Series PBX (Enterprise Plan or higher)
Microsoft 365 License (Business Basic/Standard/Premium)

Configuration Steps:
Note: Configure in Dynamics 365 only, no PBX-side configuration required.
Set Up CIF Framework: Login to Dynamics 365 instance with your Global Administrator account (assigned with a valid Microsoft 365 commercial license), navigate to Sales Hub > Channel Integration Framework > add New.
Configure Channel with Following Information: Name (Linkus) > Label (Linkus for Dynamics 365) > Channel URL > Enable Outbound Communication (Yes) > Channel Order ( Recommended 0) >Select Unified Interface Apps for the Channel >Select the Roles for the Channel > Save & Close.
Activate Plugin: Go to Sales Hub > Channel Providers List > Activate.
Grant Users Access to the Channel: Log in to Microsoft Power Platform Admin Center, go to Sales Hub > Settings > select Users > Manage Security Roles > Channel Access > Save.
Complete the configuration, a channel has been successfully set up, users with specified security roles can use this plugin to handle calls directly within Dynamics 365 CRM.
