5. Add Fault-tolerance. When enable fax to email, and send fax with attachment in PDF format, system would send attachment in tiff format instead if the fax file can’t be converted to PDF successfully.
Optimization and fixes
1. Fix the problem of busy tone detection

3. Fix the problem that the backup files are failed to be uploaded.
