A1. You can install 30 Skype trunks and let them all in calls at the same time, namely 30 concurrent calls. But you
should make sure that the PC meets the corresponding requirement.

A2. It’s unlimited of ExSky trunks. You can install ExSky in more than one computer and link them together;trunks will
be sharable among computers.

A3. the default user id is ‘admin’ and password is ‘password’.

A4. Firstly please make sure whether you cloned the operating system, and then check if hardware SKY800 card
stays in good contact with PCI slot.

A5. Main reasons maybe are:
1. This PC is Domain Controller.
2. This PC has minimum password length requirement (no zero) .
3. Services in the Manage and Applications, the Secondary Logon service haven’t been started.

6. What is the function of the one DOS program that launches after completing the installation of ExSky

A6. The DOS program is used for Web/SQL services. DO not close it.

7. Why can’t I call my Skype contacts from the extension? |

A7. Before you start using ExSky, login to the Web Management console to configure your phonebook and add your
Skype contacts and speed dial key.

8. Why can’t I make SkypeOut calls? |
|
A8. Main reasons are:
1. have not purchased SkypeOut credit for the relevant trunk’s Skype ID;
2. dialed telephone numbers in error SkypeOut format, the right format is:
00+country code+ area code+ telephone number or mobile phone number;
3. the administrator has enabled the Port Password for this trunk.

9. Can I use 1 Skype account for all 8 outgoing lines? |

A9. Yes. |

10. Can I use 1 Skype account for all 8 incoming lines? |

A10. No. You must use different Skype account for each incoming line. But you only release one Skype account then
you can receive 8 concurrent calls through ‘Busy Transfer' function.

11. Skype Status shows 'Not Ready' even when the Skype was successfully signed in? |

A11. It may be because SkypeChannel.exe is inaccessible to Skype. Please reset the Access Control on Skype.

A13.It’s maybe caused by the low version DirectX you are using. Please install DirectX9.0 or later; you can download
it from Microsoft .

15. I have installed ExSky on Windows Server 2003, a ‘Warning’ window pop-up which says ‘Your microphone

A15. Main reasons are:
1. You haven't install the Audio driver and haven’t enable Windows Audio. Please install the audio driver on PC
and then enable Windows audio (Steps:'Control panel'->'Sounds and Audio Devices'->'Enable Windows Audio').
2. You were login ExSky server by “Remote Desktop Connection”.Please use VNC in case you need remote login
ExSky server.
