Please follow those steps to screen cart window.
1. In Skype's Menu bar choose Tools->Options, as Figure 1

2. Choose “Privacy”, Click on the “only people I have shared my detarls with”, as Figure 2

3. Choose “Advanced”, Click the tick on the box before “Pop up a chat window when someone starts a chat with me” to cancel the default setting . as Figure 3
