Application Example 1: (ExSky)

If your company is using Traditional PBX(PABX) , ExSky is able to take the free connection between branch offices easily into effect.

Method 1: Through setting Direct-line

For example, Beijing branch office's proxy Skype ID on ExSky Server is “beijingoffice1” . Then set the Direct Out on the ExSky Homepage of New York head office, free calls and easy connection are available between these two offices.

Setting Steps:

New York Head Office

Open ExSky Homepage,If you are operating in ExSky Server, please click the Manage button(see Figure 1) or you can open the IE browser and enter in: http://127.0.0.1:8080.

If you are not operating in ExSky Server, please open the 8080 port of ExSky Server through IE browser. For example, if the IP address of ExSky Server is 192.168.0.101,then you can type in http://192.168.0.101:8080 in the IE address bar.

Click 'Port' in the leftmost column,then select a port in the coming 'Port List' interface to dial out to Beijing. Input ‘beijingoffice1' in Direct Out as shown on Figure 2.

Note: You can input multi-item (Skype ID) in Direct Out, set off them by a semi-colon (e.g. no1;no2;no3). It means if a call unsuccessful to first item, then it will be passed to next item automatically.

Beijing branch Office

On the ExSky Homepage of Beijing Office, click the port of Skype ID ‘beijingoffice1' and enable 'To Any Idle Trunk in this Server', see Figure 3

Now, In New York Head Office , every time when the port 1 is off-hook, New York head office's ExSky will help you directly dialing “beijingoffice1” , connect to Beijing branch office automatically.

In Beijing branch Office, if Skype “beijingoffice1” is busy, the ExSky system in Beijing branch office will transfer the incoming call to other idle trunk automatically.

Method 2: Through Speed-Dial

For example, Beijing branch office's proxy Skype ID on ExSky Server is “beijingoffice1” . Set the Speed-Dial Key on the ExSky Homepage of New York head office. Through making the Speed-Dial calls to connect New York and Beijing offices freely and easily.

Setting Steps:

1. On the ExSky Homepage of New York Head Office, click 'phonebook' to add contact,see Figure 4.

2. Set a speed-dial key '101' to stand for the Skype ID/Phone ‘beijingoffice1', see Figure 5

Now, in New York Head Office, employee only need to dial 101#, then ExSky will transfer the calls to the Skype ‘beijingoffice 1' on Beijing branch office.

Application Example 2: (SiSky)

If your company is using IPPBX, please install SiSky to meet the requirements.

Method 1: Through Direct-Link

For example, Beijing branch office's proxy Skype ID on SiSky Server is “beijingoffice1” . The free connection between Beijing branch office and New York head office will come true after you setting the Direct-Out on the SiSky system of New York office.

New York Head Office

Setting Steps:

Open SiSky Homepage,If you are operating in SiSky Server, please click the Manage button(see Figure 6) or you can open the IE browser and enter in: http://127.0.0.1:8080.

If you are not operating in SiSky Server, please open the 8080 port of SiSky Server through IE browser. For example, if the IP address of SiSky Server is 192.168.0.101,then you can type in http://192.168.0.101:8080 in the IE address bar.

Now, In New York Head Office , every time when the port 1 is off-hook, New York head office's SiSky will help you directly dialing “beijingoffice 1” , connect to Beijing branch office automatically.

In Beijing branch Office, if Skype “beijingoffice1” is busy, calls will be transferred to other idle trunks by the help SiSky in Beijing branch office.

Method 2: Through Speed-Dial

For example, Beijing branch office's proxy Skype ID on SiSky Server is “beijingoffice1” . One step left to bridge between Beijing and New York office, which is setting Speed-Dial.

Setting Steps:

1. On the SiSky Homepage of New York Head Office, click 'phonebook' to add contact,see Figure 9.

2. Set a speed-dial key '101' to stand for the Skype ID/Phone ‘beijingoffice1', see Figure 10

Now, In New York Head Office, if someone dial '101#', system will transfer the call directly to the Skype ID 'beijjingoffice1' on Beijing branch office.
